They said the plastic was damaged and it was missing screws. As you can see, it was completely in tact. This company STOLE my laptop!

 I was on this website where I had to fill in the description of my laptop. Upon their "inspection" they said my computer was completely damaged, the keys were worn, and it was missing pieces/screws. I have pictures of my laptop I took right before shipping, and since it was a fairly new computer, nothing was worn or damaged. They went from offering me $225 to $78!!! And no one will contact me back.
