This company is the WORST! Do not be fooled. Members of KC BBB with a good rating, but that is because he makes reporting negative comments to BBB a no-no when it comes to signing off on the contract at the end. Sharper Impressions was opened in Ohio in 1992, BUT the local KC company is a franchise/division operation that only began in April of 2007. "Owner" Jeff Sapp subs out ALL the work to flunkies who only wish to be done in the fastest amount of time, without a care as to the quality of work, the mess they make, or how rude they can be. They do not even have a clue as to the meaning of the phrase "prep work". Children could do a better job than these lazy, sloppy, indifferent cons! The "color consultation" is about a 5 minute look-see, here's a color block. And the fact there is no money down is NOT as good a thing as it sounds; because once they show up, you cannot get rid of them...they take sooo long to get things finished to be even slightly worthy of payment, they end up ahead...unless, you take them to court; which would be good, if you have any energy left! The supposed 25% discount, is a major clue. The price might be lower than the competitors, but will cost you more in dollars, time, frustration and overall satisfaction, guaranteed! If I could give them a lower score than 1 star on this blog I would. Be sure to search for other locations online for reviews of this company and you will see how consistent negative ratings.
