The most embarassing and patheticly abysmal display of false power I have ever bore witness to. I had to bring my 2017 Ram Rebel in for service as the truck kept stalling out. I was aware that there is a recall on my truck and assumed they would obviously service my brand new malfunctioning $60k vehicle WITH A KNOWN RECALL problem, especially considering I was traveling alone with my young daughter. The first service rep I spoke to would barely give me the time of day. Right off the bat I aksed to sign in and he asked if I had an appointment. I informed him of the emergency that had occuted with the vehicle seizing up on me and asked if i could get a rental and be on my on my way. He rudely rejected my order and told me he couldnt help me. I then proceeded to ask if he was or was not paid by Chrysler to service their vehicles. His response to this question was to "call chrysler." So I then called chrysler and explained my situation. While I was on that call I was being paged by a woman from the dealership to move my truck. I walked over, pulled it forward into the service bay and then began to be beraded by the service manager. He started threatening to call the if I didnt give my vehicle key to him. I obviously refused and informed him as a veteran of the United States Army he should learn to read the situation better and treat a vet with more respect, an idea he scoffed at. I then asked point blank if he, the service manager, was suggesting that I load my child back into a vehicle that was actively malfunctioning and had a known recall by Chrysler. He got so close to me he was quite literally in my face and blatantly and cdepartmentompletely refused to help me in any way. He then told me he would not allow me to get drive my own truck, would not move the vehicles he had parked behind it and said the only way he woupd let it go is if he moved it. I am now filing a police report, a discrimination against veterans case, and a bbb claim against this man and his awful .

You drove your vehicle into the service bay when it was obvious you were expected to wait your turn. You then expected special attention due to your veteran status. By your own account of events you were rude, demanding and contemptuous.

Merchants have the right to refuse service. Refusing service to a veteran is not discrimination unless service was refused due to your veteran status. Filing a police report serves no purpose because no crime was committed. The BBB will not express any interest because you do not have a valid complaint.
