My error Mr. Cobb, The authorization for refund was in my email. This company has in fact done as they have said they would. In this day and age a surprise to see a company that keeps good business practices, which is always easier, is refreshing. Thank you Jeramy for the follow through. I always reccomend Ripoff Report before doing business with anyone before doing business with anyone and is a wonderful place to vent by companies who do not act with any ethic. Mr. Cobb and the above business names have proven me in error, and does not deserve my wrath nor a presence here, in all honesty. They have kept the terms of the contract.

Mr. Cobb is rather full of it. Visa states that no refund has been made for the last 39.95 charge, as well. So it is not only I that is saying so. Omni Business has never bothered to send me an authorization number for the refund as Vanuity did, which is the same company. I called Visa before posting this to find out if in fact that he had refunded my card for the charge......the answer, NO! Mr Cobb it just is not true.

The charge for hosting of $39.95 billed by 0mni Business So1utions has been refunded in full. No further payments or imbursements are due from 0mni Business So1utions. No further contact has been made and all just requirements to allow this person out of the contracted training program.

The majority of charges have been refunded, however there all still charges under the contract that remain outstanding, and due to be refunded. Therefore the refund is NOT COMPLETE. What they stated was included in the contract was NOT included. Although they stated it would be billed seperately, it was billed in addition to the charges and a refund was requested for ALL charges, period. Omnibizsolutions or Omni Business Solutions aka Shanklin Group aka Shanklin Int. aka Vanuity has not completed the refund.

I called the company who stated it should have already been done, and I whole hartedly agree since I was well within the three day right to cancel. These people I suspect are lying to me. They also stated I had no right to contact the BBB, however it was my perception that this would continue just as it has.

Sent email to confirm refund of funds back to my account, but without any type of confirmation numbers. They say it will be complete within 3-5 business days. We shall see....
