So I ordered my hair in MAY and it took 3 weeks to come and when it finally got here, it was the wrong texture AND LENGTHS. So I send it back and the company doesn’t receive my package apparently until 3 weeks after. Mind you I sent it back priority shipping. And it took almost a month to send back the wrong lengths of my hair AGAIN and a closure was missing. I contact the company nonstop via email and no one responds. So it wasn’t until I showed some aggression and stated that I would report them that FINALLY the CEO (Judy) finally wants to respond saying I need to send my hair back because she won’t tolerate vulgarity and threats. ( Is "d**n” REALLY vulgar) anyway so yes I paid for hair in May and STILL haven’t received my money’s worth.
