Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I as well as other candidates received a letter from a Kym Hall, stating that they had gotten our resume's online and was interested in talking to us regarding employment with Shortline Automotive.

She stated that there was a $2500, guaranteed salary plus commission. After, the interview we started what they called training. Little did we know they were going to charged each candidate $595.

We were told it would be refunded upon termination or the completion of 99 days. I was going on my third month when I was terminated for what I called BS.

Now, I am being told I can't get my money back. Do you honestly think any of us can afford to just give this company our money that we worked for? NO!

I and others need our money and something needs to be done about these crooks. Another thing, I bought a 2007, Kia Rio LX and the rebate was supposed to be $500 but my down payment was also $500 so where is the benefits.

They are a bunch of liars. Yes, I am bitter not because I was terminated but because of all the misleading this company practices.

If you did not agree with the $595 charge ....

If you did not agree with the $595 charge, then you should have never accepted the job. They never GUARANTEED you any job stability; therefore, you should not have assumed that you would not be terminated within the probation period. You accepted the terms of employment by accepting the job -- therefore, you must abide by your end of the bargain.
