use your 389.14 welfare check to support and feed your kids, dont buy your boyfriend cellphones (tell him to get a job at McDonalds and buy his own) get a life and a education and pay $30 a month for a home phone.there, you saved $350.00 which you could use for what is actually important-your kids. See how easy that was?

This is a rebutal in regards to the posting placed by Tara in Phoenix regarding our company, Signals. Tara states that she went to our location "to purchase (a) new phone and start a new service." Due to deposit restraints, Tara decided to stay with her current service. It is at this point that I believe the confusion may have started. We carry five different service providers, many of which offer rebates with a new service contract. However, since Tara and her boyfriend were existing customers of the carrier that they purchased the phones for, they did not qualify for the new customer rebate. Tara mentions that they were not given any rebate information. This is because they did not qualify for the rebates. Additionally, the receipt was marked as an outright purchase with a "no returns" addendum because she was already an existing customer. When Tara called to inquire about not having the rebate forms, she did not inform the sales person that she was an existing customer, and in an attempt to be helpful our sales person told her to come in and pick up a rebate form. I called and spoke with our sales person regarding this situation and then called Tara. She told me the information listed in her complaint. I again spoke with our sales person, who is experienced and knowledgable on all our products. I could not find any evidence that the rebate was misrepresented. I again contacted Tara and informed her that due to the heavy usage already on the phone, we would not be able to return them. We apologize for the misunderstanding but feel that we have presented our products in an honest manor. Signals has been in business for 10 years and has established a great reputation for customer service which makes us stand out among all the other wireless dealers in the Phoenix market.
