Signature Living Property Investments Fraud - uncompleted development & unwilling to return the paid deposit Liverpool

Signature Living is a notorious company with developments not going to deliver at all. My client bought (((REDACTED))) Old Hall Street in Liverpool UK and later on found out the whole floor is not going to build. However, they have many excuses for dragging to refund the deposit in a sum of £41,010 with the interest incurred from 31 August 2017 till 30 May 2018!
All of you should be careful of this company. To the directors of Signature Living, if Ms Tseh cannot get back her money in 24 hours, she is going to write to the press of UK and report the case to the police!
