Simon Company Las Vegas Premium Outlet Mall South My Tahoe was stolen in braod daylight in a handicap parking with all my families belongings since we were out in Vegas foe vacation! Las vegas , Nevada
My Tahoe was stolen from the LVS Premium Outlet mall South in broad daylight in a handicap parking spot! Since we were there on vacation, everything was stolen including my childrens medications, car seats, custom clothing, nikon camera, sony video camers, gps, double stroller, etc.... and sooo much more!! This mall did not have cameras in there parking lot and the security basically wasted my time, bay stating, Oh maam you;e car is here, you just don't know where you parked it!!!! OMFG!!! really!!
I want to sue Everyone from the mall to security.. Is ther anyone that can help me??

You parked in a public acess parking lot and some lowlife stole the car, that is a Ripoff
But the Mall has a very limited responsibility to the security of your car in their lot. As long as it is not a Mall employee on his work shift doing the theft, then they have virtually no responsiblity towards your car.
Now all of the above is my opinion, if you find a lawyer to file against the Mall I would like his name and contact info.
There a bunch of business in Nevada that have gotten up my nose and I would like to sue.
