 I booked a car rental with them for 7 days. After I booked I started to read the fine print and realized they do not allow to take the car beyond the neighboring states. Since I was planning to go to Canada I immediately tried to cancel the rental. They charged me 115$ for the cancellation. This was within an hour of the booking. The booking dates were at least a month away. Repeated calls to the customer service resulted in the same answer(company policy). I have never rented from them before and will never rent them in future. Do not rent them if your plans can change since this company will not put their customers first. They are the most unprofessional and unethical car rental company I have found.
