Indeed, I was referred to the supervisor of the supervisor to resolve my issue. Molly was very helpful and I was given products to replace the products that I had returned. Although I did not receive a refund (which is what I wanted), I took products that seemed to be of satisfactory replacement. As one was a vitamin I am sure this is going to be ok. The other replacement is a product that I have never used and Molly assured me that it would be a good product considering my Thyroid problem. (I hope that will be the case.) So GNS will resolve the problem if you can get past the minor management. Thanks GNS and Thanks to BadBusinessBureau for helping me resolve the problem that I had. A Satisfied Customer.

Global Nutrition does everyhting to make sure their customers stay happy and want to do business with us. After the issue was brought to a managers attention, this customer was contacted and offered a full replacement product for the products she purchased. Even though it is against our policy to take returns sent to us with out postage we did gave her another product that suited her health issue and she was very happy with the results.
