I booked a ticket online on sept 2/2013 that cost me $1013 US. Then I noticed on my visa statement that I was charged 3 times and then refunded once (on their own). I called that why was I charged twice. They said oh two tickets were issued. I am like why were two tickets issued. I only booked once. 2nd charge was done on sep 4. They said we will issue a refund it might take upto 48 days. Then I called my visa they said they could only do something in 3 months. I had a very big family emergency meanwhile so it was already been 3 months. Since then I have been calling them they are like oh we are talking to a it lines,  airlines isn't replying. I tried calling china southern myself they aren't replying either. This is just a scam company.
