I received a product from them that I did not order. I called them and was told to refuse it at the PO, which I did also before their supposed free 10 days of trial. Then there was the bill on my CC and then I received another package from them which I was billed for before I even got it. Another order I did not make.
I called them again, was told they had received both of the packages and my CC would be refunded in about 7-10 days, That was over 35 days ago. I will call one more time. If this isn't resolved soon I will send all of my info to the Attorney Generals Office. Any other suggestions, please?
