So Home Furniture (Windsor Mill, MD) Fraudulent Contract entered on my behalf - Identity Theft Furniture Scam Windsor Mill Maryland
I received a call from the company below and discovered a fraudulent transaction had taken place using my particulars. I never visited So Home Furniture and had no business with this store. They tried to take money from my bank account. The claim is under investigation presently. Merchants Preferred Lease-Purchase Services a division of C/C Financial Corp. 5500 Interstate North, Parkway Suite 350 Atlanta, Georgia 30328 Phone # (770) 575-5980 Fax # (770) 217-4116 Email [email protected] Another contract was entered into for furniture I never received from this company. Contract entered with Progressive Leasing. Fraudulent claim filed as well. My credit card and bank account was used illegally. Someone fraudulently signed for me electronically and entered into an agreement.
