SoftballFans/ HardballFans Beware of this ONLINE store Portage, Michigan
Softball Fans & Hardball Fans is an online store for sports equipment & apparrel. When I ordered shirts from them, the color was not as appeared on the website. I contacted them to request an exchange. I was told it was no problem. I asked about a restocking fee and was told there would not be one. The shipping policy states Under Armour will be shipped FREE.
When I return the items it takes over 2 weeks to process the return from the time they get it. Finally I get a phone call requesting more money than what I had anticipated. When I asked why I was told it was to cover the shipping. AGAIN, Under Armour is supposed to be shipped FREE. I'm going to be charged additional since I wanted to exchange. I asked to speak to the owner and he refused to speak to me. I was told a restocking fee would be charged even after I was told it wouldn't be if I didn't send them the additional shipping fee.
Do not buy from companies online that make up their policies as they go along. The website states Under Armour is free shipping and I should have gotten the exchange shipped free.
