Solar Mosaic Extortion Company, once you get the panels on your home, you have to pay them $250.00 if you want to redo your mortgage Oakland California
My client is trying to refinance his home, however he purchased or leased solar panels from this company, Solar Mosaic. They put a lien on his house and they are making it so we cannot close his loan unless he pays them $250.00. He tried to pay them and they are saying the lender has to pay them and he can pay the lender. They are delaying the closing in his file and this could result in even higher fees for him. Other companies like Solar City, charge $0.00 for the same thing and they provide what the client needs to redo their loans in minutes.
