Solution Reach Their product did not operate as advertised, would not return my mesages and phone calls Lehi Utah
Solution Reach was supposed to send out remnider calls and texts before patient appointments, we had many complaints that patients were not getting these reminder calls, when i contacted solution reach they would not return my messages. I had a representative assigned to my area and he would not return my messages, leaving more than six messages over a four month period. Clearly this company is more interested in getting the monthly fee than making cosomers happy. They produce a faulty product with poor costomer service, you should avoid at all costs.
