this company is an absolute fraud from the owner Gregg Marcus to his so called Generals Robb Haufler and Micheal Levine.
They teach there loan officers to sell and I know first hand because I worked for the company for over two years to lie to the borrowers get them to come inot the office to close so that they can change the rate and the fee's on the loans.
What they do is this they tell you to give borrower super low interest rates that are unattainable then through out the entire process they lead them to believe that they are getting this deal then when they close they tell them that they have to come in to the office and close.
this is where it gets good then the borrowers are shocked with a much higher interest rate and substainally higher fee's. The borrowers are about to leave and this is where Robb Haufler and Micheal Levine act like the big guns and come in and high pressure people to close and tell then that there credit changed and that they cant get a loan somewhere else and act like they are doing them a favor.
They look for people with bad credit, who are minorities or seem uneducated and people whom are desperate. They take advantage of these people this company should be shut down.
Then to top it all off they do not pay the loan officers what they should be paid they constantly short there pay check make them promises they cannot keep. They fraudulently sign documents, they change apprasials they do everything and anything you can imagine illegally that a company can do.

I too worked at this company for a few years. i have seen many times where the rate was raised at the close...fees added on after the borrower had signed the original gfe or it was left blank. and yes...it was usually against minorities or people whose credit was bad and needed thel oan no matter what. I know for a fact that they are notht e only ones who did this...most mortgage brokers or "bankers" do this as well and i feel for the borrowers who got "scammed" by this. they come off as your friends, telling you we will help you, but in essence the help they gave them just dug their hole even deeper. but the sales people there...ruthless...im not going to name names...but someone else has done it and they know what they do and continue to do it. as they say, what comes around goes around...so to all the current employees there...always watch your back...because the higher ups there arent!!!

If you are a former employee of this company or a borrower that had experienced with this company please contact me immediately. I resigned from there employ for obvious reasons and I am filing a case against them and I need actual witness
