I paid for a third replacement for the left earpiece which was made too loose and has fallen off and been lost multiple times where I have never lost the right one, and three months later they sent it to a UPS pickup point via USPS. Jerald doesn’t care about his customers. They should have fixed the loose socket on the left ear and replaced it for free, and shipped it correctly the first AND second time, let alone having to send it a third. I’m sick and tired of dealing with his lackadaisical idea of customer service. Will be ordering a pair of AirPods or something because even bruised ears is better than dealing with this company. They took so long that I can’t even dispute the charge with my bank! Zero out of five. Don’t buy from them. Also the component they chose breaks every couple months and needs to be replaced because it has no warranty.
