Spa Exchange Ripoff misrepresented spa, age, warranty and condition. Not refunding deposit!! Lake Elsinore California
Bruce Gangl misrepresented a spa sold to us. Told us it was brand new when it fact it was 2 yrs. old. Told us it had a warranty, it doesn't, represented it as having a 5hp motor when it's a 4hp AND the connecting wires were cut when it was delivered!!
Have been calling and talking to Bruces partner Tom about getting our deposit back with no results! We get the "checks in the mail" story. Luckily we have the spa until we get our $$$ back even though it's useless. Next step is Riverside small claims court. Stay away from these frauds!!!!

The customer has been completely satisfied (2 years ago). Why is this report still listed. This is slander. The Spa exchange at no time misrepresented ourself.
