here is my complaint to Spacial Audio......

mind you this is a 300 $ lifetime key....at the time of purchase there was absolutely no mention that years later I would need to purchase a new 300 dollar key.....yet they sold me what they claim is a "LIFETIME KEY"

Thank you for contacting Spacial Technical and Sales Support services. My apologies for any inconvenience caused. Please accept our sincere apologies. There are two subscription options available, the Basic Subscription includes 12-months' product updates and is available for $69 whilst the Premium Subscription includes the product updates provided by the Basic Subscription but also includes a 12-month, SAM Broadcaster Cloud Silver service. The Premium Subscription is available for $99. Both options include remote support if necessary. Do let me know which one you prefer and I will happily send you the link to your upgrade. I have taken ownership of this issue and we will resolve this matter. Unfortunately, my team member used the wrong response for v4.x licenses and instead provided you the response for customers with v2013.1 and later licenses. SAM Broadcaster Pro v4.x was not compatible with Windows 8 and is not compatible with Windows 10. SAM Broadcaster 2013 and later was designed to be compatible with Windows 8 and is also Windows 10 compatible. You are still eligible to upgrade from within your user zone at http://userzone.spacial.com/ should you wish. Unfortunately, there is no longer any upgrade path available and should you now wish to continue to use SAM Broadcaster on a later operating system, you would need to purchase a new license. SAM Broadcaster Pro v4.x was retired at the end of 2014 and whilst your license will continue to work on the hardware and operating systems previously advertised and we will continue to provide license activation assistance, unfortunately, technical support is no longer available for this version. so here I am with a "LIFETIME KEY" that only runs on SAMBC V4.9.8 which only runs on windows 7.....with absolutely no upgrade for the newer version of SAMBC....so fact is the "LIFETIME" key they sold me is indeed not a lifetime key after all.......and so they ripped me off for 300 bucks only to try and force me to purchase another 300 $ key ?
I purchased my SAM key in 2010....but it only works on SAMBC 4.9.8 and that version only works on windows 7, last time i inquired about it I was not to pleased with the answer.I am hoping you will provide me with a more reasonable solution....can you please tell me how I can use my key on SAMBC 4.9.8 or a newer version on this PC running windows 8.1 ?
