Spectrum Home Furnishings do not trust them, save your time and money, sends you junk and then will not respond Farmingdale New Jersey
Long story short:
Ordered on the telephone and didn't recieve my light until about 6 weeks later and after many phone calls, including Spectrum Representatives yelling obscene words at me. When the light was recieved it was junk with missing parts. Spectrum keeps saying they will send the parts. So far only sent the wrong parts. Also requested a refund and they will not do this. I even told them I had contaceted the credit card company and it didn't make a differnece. They just keep making promises and not keeping them. Still have not received the parts. Working through the credit card company to try to get my money back.
Don't waste your time and money with this lousy company. I can guarantee you, YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU WANT!!!!! If there are others out there, please post your compaints, someone needs to do something about this company. Also I checked the ineternet before purchaseing, however nothing cam through my search. However, I recently found 4 identical stories posted out there. I'm sure there is more.
