I recently sent in a laptop to Square Trade that was under warranty. It had a bad area on the screen approximately 1/2 by 1 inchy that showes colors . There was no visible damage on the outside or to the screen. Today, one of their rip off artists called to tell me that the bscreen was cracked from underneath , that they had photos of it and they would not be covering repairs. They never offered to send me the photos.
I feel that they are scamming me and refusing to provide service when there is no visible damage to the computer. It has never been dropped and was always kept in a padded case. This is the second problem I have had with their service and it will be the last time they get my $$$. If you are thinking about using them, run away! Quickly! Faster!

Well, Square Trade finally did the right thing and honored my warranty. Thanks to RipOff Report for helping me get it done. They have refunded me the full price of the laptop.
