Stamps.com Your Ordering A Nightmare If You Order From This Company*Credit Card Fraud Is Their Source Of Income* Los Angeles California
Odered the free-trial offer and kept for a month since they promised to send a postage meter/scale worth $50.00 and additional supplies. Never received the postage meter/scale nor did I receive anything except for unauthorized charges to my credit card. After contacting them numerous times to cancel my account they continued to charge me. This company is sneaky & will make attempt after attempt to charge you, normally they slip it thru somehow.
When I finally got to speak to a real human-being, he also tried to screw me by saying they would only deduct 25% prior to closing, then he went to 50% and then when I demanded the scale/meter be sent anyway he supposedly took off all the charges and said there was never a promise to send a scale/meter. The entire phone call along with all the other attempts I have made have wasted hours of my time and energy. I am getting so sick of companies like these that just want to wear you down so you'll give up and they can continue with their deceptive practices.
Why hasnt there been a class action files against these guys? Hard to believe the United StatesPostal Service Supports these criminals, but then again who knows what kick back they might be getting off all these unauthorized charges!
