Standard Capitol US.com I found this company on the internet. They informed me that they found purchasers for bank forclosed or pending forclosure properties. Many of the areas are not choice neighborhoods. However, they will imply that they have properties in desirable neighborhoods; that they don't; to encourage to become a member of their website. Once you become a member, none of areas of interest to most are not avaible and you end paying 199.00 for list mostly undesirable foreclosed properties. Carpinteria California
