Like you, I was also taken advantage of by this scam (October 2010 is when they contacted me and I fell for it). You have to play hardball with these people and don't back down! I got the NY BBB involved in this one (and a local news station that investigates scams). Amit Narine from the BBB is the one I have to give a big THANKS to for getting me my money back. Every last penny of it, too. I highly recommend that you file a complaint with the BBB. I'm not making any promises, but it's worth a shot and Who's Who needs to know that you're not taking NO for an answer. Good luck!!!

I just saw your post and had to respond. I am so sorry this happened to you. I used to work for them, and it makes me feel horrible for all the people i sold programs to that are unhappy and unable to get their money back. About your card being charged so quickly, their policy is, as soon and they hang up the phone with you, they take their paperwork up to be processed. They charge your credit card right away as to not give you a chance to change your mind. The company is insane, and they people there just call people to take their money. Very sorry for all your troubles.
