We bought a home warranty online from Stanley home warranty telephone number 1 866 994 1794 for $500.00 Feburary 2014. July 9 we call in a claim on our air condition making a noise. A customer service representive for universal administrator said they manage our account for stanley home warranty, but they no longer manage for stanley. They gave me a number for stanley 18887826539. I call stanley home warranty to file a cllaim to fix my air condition they had no information on me . I tried 3 time with no success. some call i was hung up on.
