Staples Rebate Ripoff Farmingham Massachusetts
I purchased a package of blank Imation CD's at a Staples store. The package offered a $25 rebate with the submission of the package bar code and a receipt. After months of not receiving the rebate, I contacted the Staples Rebate Center and was informed I had sent the wrong bar code.
This was impossible since there had been only one bar code on the package. Now this is the best part: when I asked them to re-process it since it was their mistake THEY TOLD ME THEY COULDN'T BECAUSE THE REBATE OFFER HAD EXPIRED!
