Starz Entertainment Group Inflicts and condones physical abuse; Reaches out to schools and companies to inflict and condone physical abuse in the guise of helping sales teams. Philadelphia Pennsylvania
This company during interveiws and mock training sessions inflicts physical and verbal abuse during work hours at their and member companies. (I've heard that the company, in addition to inflicting the abuse, threatens afterwards with attempt to file suit against individuals, whose names they learn randomly, to bully their way into publicity.)
I'm not sure why a group, uses this type of tactic given that the only place one might encounter such situations is through their training and or employees who condone the behavior and/or claim psychology as a weapon to anyone whose name they may have learned in their industry. I've met one or two people from the group whom moved on quickly who I am certain would in no way shape or form align with this type of physcial violence under the guise of training people. What are they training them to do other than receive a felony in the state of Pennsylvania?
