yet, there is a solution to fixing the workmens comp. problem. the state needs to enforce a program making insurance companies do office and field visits to see how the employee is doing at work.
97% of most injuries are a result of poor management skills,
1. hiring inexperienced people, or not supervising them,
2. working them too fast, or beyond safe conditions
3. using old or broken equipment or tools.
4. combine any of these together and somebody will get will get hurt.
5. doing field visits may detour somebody from wanting to get hurt.
