Station Two Graphics AKA 13-35 ripoff, failure to deliver purchased item Bay Shore New York
On 23-Oct-2005 I placed an order through Station Two Graphics, for a firefighter workshirt. This item was ordered with custom reflective lettering and embroidery. Purchase confirmation email was sent, and sure enough, my card was debited for this transaction.
Needless to say, three months later, I have yet to see this item. I've emailed, left messages, and generally done everything in my power to contact this company. My efforts have all gone unanswered.
Now, the number listed as their business contact # is out of service. Also, emails sent to the listed address are returned 'not deliverable'.
I highly doubt I'll see either the shirt or my money. I'm just interested in hearing if anyone else has had a negetive experience with this company. Would also like to warn people to stay away. STG has a extensive negative BBB history.
The saddest thing about this is that STG gears their clothing and service(or lack there of) towards public safety occupations; EMS, fire, & police. In other words, they are ripping off the very people protecting them.
