I hired this attorney to handle my divorce in May 2000. I paid him $3000.oo to handle and unconteste divorce. I informed him of all the illegal and corrupt things my husband was involved with and warned him that he was capable of ven corruption in the judicial system.

My divorce was filed with the Sna Fernando Superior court. I have been separated and estranged from my so called huband who was a GERMAN, and is not a citien of this country, who tried to basically kill me, and when that didn't work, tried to have me committed when I figured out that he was committing fraud and mail fraud, and poisoning me, with physical evidence all the way down the line involving corrupt police procedures fromt he Valencia Sherriff's Dept, and total harrassment until I finally left my home that I had helped to purchase, because of the harrassment involved.

This was a total criminal offense, and My X even hired a CRIMINAL LAWYER to represent him in a DIVORCE CASE... now does that tell you something?

ANyway I am still not divorced, and why I don't know... my lawyer may have been bribed to do something to prolong this case, I don't know... All I do know is that my husband surely was involved with the types of people that would have the money to bribe a not so ESTABLISHED lawyer to do so.

Here I sit with excuse after excuse for why I am not divorced yet. Contacts with the Superior COurt of San Fernando have beeen less than helpful. I have been last informed that it will take another 8-10 weeks for my divorce to be final.

I have yet to collect on half of the 401K my X owes me because - according to my X, he cannot file for that until the divorce is final. Oh and by the way, At the last filing point this X of mine decides to DROP his lawyer, KENNETH B. FRANK, of Valencia, CA. Now my lawyer is providing my X with all the paper work and contact info...blah blah blah... isn't that misrepresentation? HE IS MY LAWYER, not my X's who is the Opposing party... GIVE ME A BREAK... what can I DO?

Nothing would satisfy...

The poster claims the divorce was "uncontested".  The only thing uncontested was that they hated each other.  Otherwise, nothing would satisfy the client except life time support at a standard of living the client never attained.

Every issue was contentious and required a ruling from the court. The client went before the court claiming to be too ill to work.  The judge saw her as someone who could and should be working and sent her off...

Parenthetically, she appeared to be off necessary medication and had uncontrollable mood swings.  I did me best for her.  It is interesting, she never complained about my representation until the case was over.

Her rantings suggesting a conspiracy should tell you all you need to know.
