STORM MEDIA LIMITED Company (aka Goalshopper) is based in Hong Kong. I feel very devalued as a customer and I feel I’ve been treated very disingenuously!! I ordered Iconic Hairbrush and it was not broken at first sight but when I put batteries in it did not work. I feel insulted that I am fighting a supplier for my money back for an item that was not working when it was received by me. I understand that every company has a different return policies but how fair is it that I didn’t receive product for over 2 months but they expect me to send it back within a week of discovering it was not working. The box was bent up and it came without a packing slip and BROKEN. They say I had it for 20 (or something days.. which is untrue)… I didn’t receive it until a week before I notified them so I’m not sure what happened there but it got me thinking so what if it was 20 days. Their company must have major lack of faith in their products if they are arguing to give me a replacement after (what they said) was 20 days!!! They obviously do not back the products they sell and FORCE consumers to keep items they received broken and on top of it all lose their money and not even get to use the product as advertised. It’s a real bummer that they cannot take my explanation and efforts to get this resolved at face value. Most suppliers I’ve dealt with practice blind faith, meaning, if I call them and tell them I didn’t receive a package they resend it to me with no questions (even if they showed the item scanned in). DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
