Sorry I never received a final proof. I asked for a refund a year ago and it is not my fault you have taken so long to respond.

I also never agreed to pay more money ($100) for this product after I sent the full payment.

Since I fear it will take a year or more for your company to help me out I have asked for the help of the U.S. Attorney General to clear this up.

Please send me the names of the people who I am talking with.

In most cases, there is an additional fee for custom artwork. New artwork must be digitized so that our machines can understand it, and it can be properly embroidered onto your garment or made into a patch. You may cut costs by choosing a different design from our design library. You can choose any design, or a combination of a few, and change it to suite your specifications. As stated in our terms and conditions, all sales are final and we do not give refunds once your full-color proof has been created. However, if a proof has been provided meeting your specifications and you need to cancel your order BEFORE THE PROOF IS APPROVED (not due to any fault on our part), we will issue you a store credit. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.

The artwork that you have requested for the back of your jacket will have to be digitized. The digitizing fee is a one-time fee that is based on the complexity of your artwork and typically ranges from $25.00 to $200.00. In the case of your artwork, the cost will be $100.00.

If you would like us to digitize this design, please let us know and we will send you an electronic invoice that will allow you to remit payment. Once payment is remitted we will digitize your design and complete your full color proof. Please note that the digitizing fee is in addition to any item that you may select to purchase from Stuff4Greeks. Otherwise you may select a design from our design library at no additional charge. Hello,

 

I recently placed an order with S4G.  I got my shirts a little over a week ago and I was very pleased with the quality of the products. More than anything, I was pleased with the great customer service I received from Nicole. She was very pleasant, courteous, and helpful. Although my size was not offered online, she helped me find a solution. Nicole is a great asset to your team and she's a major reason I will give S4G my business when I order another jacket soon. Please let her know she made my experience a good one.

This situation is in no way a "rip-off" because we issued Carmen's refund in the form of a  store credit. She still has that store credit and she may use it at any time. We simply could not issue a monetary refund because an entire year had passed. Our cancellation policies and time lines are explained fully on our website: http://stuff4greeks.com.

We were surprised to learn of this report because in over a decade of doing business, we have never had a complaint about our policies or service. Our website explains everything up front, and we have nothing to hide. In fact, we receive hundreds of positive emails from our customers every year. Like most stores, we cannot issue a monetary refund after an entire year has passed. Even if our policies allowed it, our merchant services provider does not allow us to process refunds after 60 days. So instead, we issued Carmen's refund in the form of a store credit. This situation is in no way a "rip-off" because Carmen still has an active store credit with us which she may use at any time.
