Hello,
I recently placed an order with S4G. I got my shirts a little over a week ago and I was very pleased with the quality of the products. More than anything, I was pleased with the great customer service I received from Nicole. She was very pleasant, courteous, and helpful. Although my size was not offered online, she helped me find a solution. Nicole is a great asset to your team and she's a major reason I will give S4G my business when I order another jacket soon. Please let her know she made my experience a good one.

This situation is in no way a "rip-off" because we issued Carmen's refund in the form of a store credit. She still has that store credit and she may use it at any time. We simply could not issue a monetary refund because an entire year had passed. Our cancellation policies and time lines are explained fully on our website: http://stuff4greeks.com.
We were surprised to learn of this report because in over a decade of doing business, we have never had a complaint about our policies or service. Our website explains everything up front, and we have nothing to hide. In fact, we receive hundreds of positive emails from our customers every year. Like most stores, we cannot issue a monetary refund after an entire
year has passed. Even if our policies allowed it, our merchant services provider does not allow us to process refunds after 60 days. So instead, we issued Carmen's refund in the form of a
store credit. This situation is in no way a "rip-off" because Carmen
still has an active store credit with us which she may use at any time.
