I have had automatic withdraws ($69.95) taken from my checking account for the last four months. I did not know this was being done. I have never signed up for any membership or set up any website with this company. I did not want to use thier service but the customer service (salesman) could not understand this. It seems "no" is not even an option for you, and its not at this point. This system is set up to collect from you if you use the servive or not. They get your credit card # when you pay for the shipping on the "free" information they send you. What you dont know until later is you just signed up and will be billed from that point on. I had to cancel my credit cards to stop these auto payments to them. They have now turned my account over to a collection service and that has lowerd my credit score over 100 points. This is devastating to me because I'm in the middle of a refinance on my house. I can no longer get the best rate as a result. This comapny will end up costing me thousands of dollars and years to repair my perfect credit. All this over something I never even wanted, asked for, or signed up for.

And to thank, they wanted me to sign up for the $3000 platinum package, I would be ruined.

Any help doing something about this, recovering my money, repairing my credit or at least stopping these people from doing this to others every day would be helpfull. I'll do anything I can do to help!!
