Dear Mrs. Gosaie . Recently on May we were in contact in regards your membership, we have not made any further charge, since the membership was put on "stand by" and you didn't honored the previous agreement . I request to sign a Settlement to protect the interest of both parties and I may sent a Cancellation Letter, Sunset Group has honored its part but you didn't, You did not signed the agreement , also last May we made a refund for the maintenance fee , was charged last December, by mistake and all in good faith !! . Why you still keep your negative comments if you have received the full refund of the monies paid, We do not request any further payment in any way !! . If you really want a cancellation letter you have to send me your settlement signed as we previous agreed at my fax number 011-52-998-884-55-91. Sunset resorts sent me a letter saying that if I take my statement back against them then they'll send me the cancellation letter and not bill me. Well, that was Early january and this is March, I haven't heard a word from them after I signed the letter saying that I would update the report if they sent me the cancellation letter. Instead I keep on getting billed every month from Prom Beach enganches for this cancelled contract. Every month I have to dispute the bill. Well, Ms. Rosalia if your company doesn't send the cancellation letter, I can not remove the negative remarks here. My cancellation is legal and your company's billing is illegal.

Sunset has finally agreed that my cancelation is void. They are trying to work with me on the cancelation. I will update this site when I receive the cancellation in writing.

I received a letter on Jan. 10th, 2008 from these people which was dated Dec. 17th, 2007. It gave me 7 days to sign on an agreement that if I update this report, they will refund the 50% now and 50% later. They agreed that they received the cancellation of my contract on time and in a legal way. I told them that since I received the letter on Jan. 10th 2008, the 7 day criteria doesn't stand. Also, I had canceled the credit card, so it will be upto them to refund to the credit card company. According to them, they have fired Hector. Ms. Campos seems to be a nice lady and is trying to work out on cancelation for me. Once I receive every thing in writing that the contract is canceled and I owe nothing regardless, I will give them two thumbs up to finally do the right thing.

I just want to make it clear that I never received any email from this company until Dec. 19th, 2007 to which the reply has been sent. I need a cancellation in writing from Sunset Lagoon since my credit card was already credited back and now the company does realize that I canceled the contract in time. Once I receive that I would be happy to put a positive feedback.

Due MEMBER have sent the copy of her certified cancellation letter with the register mail receipt within the terms stipulated in contract . We are sending the official settlement, to start the refund process as soon we recieve her aceptance notice.

We have sent you several emails to the email address you left to us in your personal information . I have sent emails on the following dates : October 15th, 2007; October 10th, 2007; November 11th, 2007. You have not responded to any of my emails that were sent to you. We will be glad to cancel the contract and refund the amounts paid, as per above mentioned. However we must request that you please comply with the process as we stipulate in contract clause 12th, and send us the copy of your original certified cancellation letter that you state you sent and the prove the delivery within the terms. Otherwise, the accounting department will be unable to process any refund since they do not have any support to back up the refund request. We are waiting for the member to send us the information.

If Sunset wants this deleted because their reputation is being spoiled then they need to send written confirmation on the cancellation of the contract. If the contract is void, I can write what happened in real. There is no contract. I will be happy to update with positive feedback if they are honest and give me something in writing that they won't bother me again and try to charge me or take legal action against me. I've already sent copies of the cancellation, if they choose to ignore it, I might have to take a legal action against them harassing me.

Company has been trying to get in touch with this member, due I am handle her file directly. I have been trying to reach her by email, and phone messages , but she does not contact me back . Sunset Group is requesting her; provide the full information in which she requested her cancellation as we stipulated in contract, in order to give a correct resolution towards this issue . Up this moment member does not contact us in anyway neither response to telephone calls or emails we sent to her .

We have contacted this member by letter on October 26th. We would like to clarify all the issues with this member. At this time we have not received a response. When we first spoke with the member, she stated that she had sent a certified letter which we requested a copy of the reciept showing the date sent. To date, Sunset Group has not received the original letter nor the copy of the receipt. We invite the member to contact us with the needed information so that we can help obtain a prompt resolution.
