Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
My family and I were planning to move across the country and were researching moving companies.  This company had called us right away and "supposedly" had the lowest price.  They pushed to have a deposit made and up to our date of move asked to be paid all of the money except for a couple hundred.  We paid like they asked.

They pushed our date back and called to tell us they wouldn't be there at the time they were supposed to be there.  The last day that we could possibly left, since people were moving into our home the very next day, they arrived at 11:30pm at night...not in their truck but a U-Haul.

They did not take what was on the original list to pack.  They took all of our boxes and very little furniture, again not on the original list to be moved.  They packed up the U-Haul and left around 5:30am.

About 10am, a woman named Lauren Musso called me and told me that they weighed the truck and it made the price go up almost triple.  This was only a moderately sized U-Haul.  I asked her to bring back our belongings and she refused.

She said we have a contract.  The drivers never gave me copies of the contract.  They stole our belongings and held it for months until I could come up with the money.

When we did get our things, they had gone through all the boxes and stole what they wanted.  How do I know this?  They used different tape on the boxes that we originally taped them with.  About 30% of what was in the boxes are missing.

They also went through personal paperwork do now I have to be on guard against identity theft.  This company is not to be trusted.  I don't want this to happen to anyone else.  If this company has ripped you off, do what I did and call the Department of Transportation in Washington, D.C. at 202-385-2414.

If you are moving soon...do yourself a favor and don't use this company.
