I do not know this company, and do not know how they got my credit info. It started in October, I notices a debit on my account for $29.95 to surplusalert. I checked past statements, and they had hit my account the previous month as well.

So I called the bank and was told all I could do was to call the company and ask for a refund. I called the number on my bank account statement for surplusalert, and they sent me an email form to fill out supposedly to get a refund and to stop further transactions.

Well guess what? They charge me again this month under the guise of a different company, USASALES/ILEADSMEDIA. I called the bank, and this time I went in and filled a form saying I never authorized this transaction. The bank won't refund my money and is saying they have to charge me $25.00 stop payment on the past two incidences.

I'm filing a report with the Better Business in Utah. What else can I do? I guess I'll have to close my account, looks like salesalert will just keep changing company names to get at my account. Who the hell are these people? What a scam!!!!I never even had been at their site prior to seeing the bank charge!
