Swatch AG Swatch Watch Cannot return swatch product orly exchange and store cerdit Baltimore, Maryland
I purchased a $175.00 watch as a present for my son. His grandmother purchase a similar watch which he liked better. I offered to return it and purchase a redskins jacket instead, when I attempted to return the watch I was told that Swatch does not offer return and money back for any items purchased in any of it's store. I was only offered an exchange or store credit.
I contacted American Express to interceed however, Swatch held firm and I'm stuck with a watch that I do not want, instread of getting store credit that I may never use.
