SWEEP N' MOP ripoff Clearwater Florida
I ordered the sweep n mop as advertised on TV " Buy one get one free." I also ordered extra mop heads that were "free for life."
I received the order and didn't receive a bill. I thought it was odd but forgot about it. Eventually, I received my Visa bill. I was charged $64.00 for an item that was supposed to be $10.00 plus S&H. I called the company 800 phone number that was on my Visa bill. I asked why I was charged so much fofr what was supposed to be $10. I was told I was sent the "metal" handles instead of the "plastic" handles. I was never asked what type of handle I wanted, nor are different handles advertised. I was told I was charged $7.95 for each mop. Even though they were in the same package and $4.95 for the S&H for the extra mop heads.
Even if I was charged double for the S&H it would not amount to $64.00.
I reported this rip-off to my credit card company and they are investigating. This company needs to be exposed!
