The Swiss Funding company markets itself as providing innovative business credit solutions such as providing a new business corp with strong business credit (i.e. Duns number, 85 Paydex score, and numerous business trade lines) and providing usable credit lines, and business AmEx and Visa cards without a personal guarantor. They claim to provide reseller agreements with commissions for helping them to promote new business and asset protection and other investment services once the corporation and credit are provided to the client.
The only form of communication that you can have with the organization where you can receive a response is via email. The business number in Houston has extensions that always go to voice mail and you will not receive a return phone call. The company documentation lists three individuals (Ken Stevens, Alan Blair, and James Carlson) as contacts with company titles and email addresses that you can not reach. All documentation is scanned and emailed only no fax. The money payment is provided via wire transfer only not credit card.
The agreements and all documentation are professional and elaborate and even provide a very clear explanation of the process and time line involved. You are requested to pay the $195 to get the process started and the approach is that you will pay the larger fees (i.e. $7,995 or $9,995) depending upon the corp size on the back end once the product is received. The last step is they issue a pay order in which they ask for you to notarize a document and email that back so that they can take there fees off of the business card before sending you the corp. After the requests that you return the pay order and they indicate that you will receive a UPS package within a few days, that is the last that you will hear from them.
