We signed up with T Mobile in end of December 2011 and paid a 100 dollar deposit online. We can prove through bank records the deposit was paid in December.

On Feb 2nd they recharged our bank account another 100.00 Dollar deposit with out our permission.

On Feb 2nd called t Mobile about the charge of 100 dollars. Was informed that they were aware of the problem and that it happened to several of there customers that we needed to take proof of bank print out into the store and we would be credited for the charge. That they were sorry and working as fast and as hard as they could to recredit these customers.

On Feb 2nd drove to the closest store and took in proof which is 45 miles from where I live. The store rep called t mobile and talked to them they once again said it would be recredit to our account plus any and all overdraft charges that were charged to us because of there mistake cost us.With in 72 hours.

Feb 6th Called t-mobile and said we had not been recredited. They are now saying this never happened even after they admitted it had. And even though we have proof through our bank we were double charged they would not be extending us any credit. Even though they have there proof we have paid twice for the deposits.

I told them that I would be disputing through bank and wanted to end my contract because of this they told me they would charge my account a 500 dollar cancellation fee since they kept our card information on file even though we told them not to retain it.

We did not sign up for automatic withdrawl for pymts They have now made 3 charges to our acct.

Twice for deposits than the current bill so since end of dec 2011 they have billed our accts 3 times for a total of 340.00 dollars.

We are having to cancel our card get a new one since they are threating to bill us on it an additional 500 dollars go thru our bank to dispute and fees and hire an attorney because they said if we do not pay there cancellation fee they will sue us.

Be warned this company will steal your money apoligize admit there fault change there story and charge you again. And refuse to give back your money.

Also we have had to call several times with our phones not working. Shutting off dropping calls and not having service even when in there areas and they are not fixing these problems.

I will never do buisness again with t mobile and if ask an opion on them I would warn any one to avoid this company for there unlawful practices.

If anyone knows of any legal actions being taken against t mobile please send me the information so I may help in the actions.
