The manager of this metro pcs store at 2205 Ponce de Leon Blvd Anna Salzberg lied to me telling me that this phone that I bought from her was in "metro pcs especial" for 100 dollars, "that METRO PCS had the phone for that price" 3 days later i saw the same phone in another metro pcs store for 50 dollars only, and the sales person told me that they had it for that price for a long time in all metro pcs stores and announced on the internet. When I called her she said that she was sorry that "her" price was 100 dollars. That's twice the real amount of metro pcs. The lie is in telling me that the prices were metro's prices not her prices. No wonder the store is always empty.All phones are extremely over priced.

my name is anna salzberg. a false report was written about me by a man named alex. this report is totally untrue. he stated that i was the owner of the store and that i charged him a higher price on a phone than metro pcs had it advertised for. number one, i am not the owner i was the manager and i do not make the pricing of the phones, metro pcs does. i sold the phone for the price that the owner of the store marked and metro pcs had it advertised for. he said he went to another store that had the phone for a lower price which i can not comment on because i dont know what store would sell the phone for less than what metro pcs has set the price to be. i had great pride in my customer service and i can back this up by many satisfied customers which is a quite extensive list. i am not a liar and i do not cheat people and i do not appreciate someone slandering my name on the internet. i have alo had 4 swecret shopper reports when i was the manager of the store and i received 100% on each one and i have an excellent customer service and sales reputation, that is why this false report has me so upset. i hope whoever reads that report will read my rebuttal because i want my name cleared. i have never had a report like this written about me and i want the record to be clear. thank you, anna salzberg
