taxbrain.com petz enterprises, sbbt,taxbrain ripoff with tax refund, tax refund sent to wrong bank by fault of taxbrain Internet
I filed my 2009 taxes with taxbrain on 1-29-2010 opting for direct deposit after taxbrain takes out fees in which it is sent to sbbt/metabank first then to your acct. Well taxbrain sent out the wrong routing numbers to the irs. And therfor I have no refund coming soon.
After speaking to IRS they said that the bank will reject it and send it back and to wait 6-8 weks. Taxbrain and sbbt bank is owned by petz enterprises but both are blaming each other. Taxbrain customer service reps are nasty and rude and provide no information. So therefore my utilities will be cut off ,cant pay rent, bank account will bounce and I may be homeless due to their mistake. I will never use taxbrain ever again.
This only happened to the early filers, Tabxbrain should take responsibility and offer something to the customers who have to wait for their efund.
