I live on wentworth across from Loumena Ct in Mnatecaand the teenage male who lives at 1262 Loumena Court Manteca California has been spotted shooting his rifle at late hours of the night and early morning. Several cats including mine have been shot and killed. This 6 foot 16 year old animal killer has blond hair and a baby face like a 12 year old. He is about 225 pounds or more. He has been reported to the police for shooting and killing his his next door neighbor's cat and police reports have been filed. A friend of mine in Loumena court who has a cat that survived several pellet shots. My cat never had a chance as I found her dead in front of my home with pellet holes all over. I have warned Steve who lives in the court as he has several cats. The family who lives directly next door to this sick teenage killer at 1262 Loumena Ct found their cat dead in their own back yard with pellet holes. A few neighbors have witnessed this boy and his friends out shooting thier rifles yet the police have not arrested them!
