Report it lost, that way you'll get a new number in a few days and they won't be able to access your card again. If you lost your credit card on the street. you'd report it lost wouldn't you? There's a good chance that a good samaritan would even find it and destroy it, or return it if you lost it on the street, but you'd still report it lost. Now you KNOW that a scammer has your credit info, but you haven't reported it lost yet?!? Do not try to deal with scammers or take their word that they will cancel you. Even if you found a way to cancel them, and even if they did cancel you, it's likely that they will give your number to another site, service, or subscription and say that you joined it. They may do this a year from now, who knows?
