I sign a 3yr. contract with Telus at GT wireless in Waterloo, Ont. on Jan. 25 2008 and the nightmare started! I am now using the fifth BlackBerry pearl and still "custumer DON'T care" trys to tell me that it's not thier network that it's the device. Now how bad must my luck be that five devices in a row have the same problems with dropped calls and reception? The devices that they sell you are warrantied for 1 yr. but what they don't tell the custumer is that the replace units are all refurbished NOT NEW! I was convinced by a "custumer DON'T care" rep. named Ryan that if I bought a new one that they would reinburse me for it. This is the device I'm using now but with the same results.

I would love to tell them to stuff in thier a*s but, I don't want the hassle of collections calling bothering me and the threats of bad credit. The worst part is that I 've jumped though every hoop they've asked and have wasted DAYS either on the phone or in the store talking to people that have been soo well trained to not help at all. Today alone I had 11 or 12 dropped calls with fairly important clients of mine, when I say sorry and explain the situation they responed by telling me similar stories to mine and tell me I should have asked them before I went with Telus. I have never felt so trapped ever. " CUSTUMER DON'T CARE " tells me that I can cancel my contract if I pay $20 per month left on my contract which would be about $680 or so, Pay $680 for a service I'm not getting; that's a great idea. Us custumers should gather together and fight against the utter disrespect shown to the cusumers by these big corperations.
