After two emails and a voicemail, Noah Tepperman continues to ignore me.
BUYER BEWARE, Teppermans, Cornerstone and Frigidaire (Electrolux) do not actualy give a sh*t about their customers, they seem to only be interested in taking your money and running. I will not be buying from Tepperman's or anyone that deal's with Cornerstone over this, and will definately not consider anything made by Frigidaire (Electrolux). I will continue making my voice heard by everyone I come accross about this.

Hi Susan,
I just noticed that you'd posted an additional set of comments in February (RipoffReport isn't really insterested in bringing businesses & customers together).
We'd be very interested in learning more about what's gone on since February. and if you received any additional support from the manufacturer.
Please contact us via any of the following:
- Send us a message via our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/teppermans)
- Send us an email ([email protected])
- Call my office at 519-969-3063 ext. 1495/ 800-265-5062 ext. 1495
Thanks very much.
Sincerely,

Well, we just had a technician come out to check the refrigerator (we had to initiate this repair call ourselves, Cornerstone, Electrolux/Frigidaire and Teppermans all would not). The crack(s) are not repairable and he thinks the fridge will have to be replaced because of this. The repair company will be forwarding their report to the manufacturer and the crappy warranty company that Teppermans chooses to employ. Rest assured that we will never purchase anything from Tepperman's again so long as they continue their relationship with a warranty company that clearly doesn't want to cover anything. In my opinion Cornerstone is the worst warranty company to deal with, period and should be avoided at all cost. Teppermans isn't much better simply because they pass the buck off to Cornerstone. Hopefully we can get this resolved soon before it gets worse...which we've been told it definitely will. We shouldn't have to fight for something that is clearly a manufacturing flaw, we've been told the cracks are likely a result of the plastic molding being too thin in the area(s) affected and the warm to cold and cold to warm nature of a fridge caused it to inevitably crack.
