Terry Stewart, owner of General Warehouse Products (19601 W. Walnut Dr., Industry, CA 91748) purchased $20,000 of used racking from my company in February, 2000.
To date, we have only been paid $5000 from Terry Stewart, despite my numerous phone calls.
Terry Stewart has on several occassions lied to me about when he would pay my company, and has "ducked" my phone calls on occssions too numerous to mention.
I consider him the most unscrupulous businessman that I have ever met, and I urge you consumers to never do business with him or his company.
To date, we have only been paid $5000 from Terry Stewart, despite my numerous phone calls.

I sympathized with your report. I have am myself a victim of Terry Stewart and his company. And just like the rebuttal that he wrote above, he also promised to "take care" of my case. don't fall for his kind words, unfortunately he is not a men to be trusted. He played with me just like he played with you. I am willing to find more people and go together after him if needed

We have been in business for many years and strive for customer satisfaction. We do believe that anyone with a legimate grievance should depict who and which company they are voicing their dispute. I have done business with General Warehouse Products for the past 5 years. They haven't always had what I wanted at the prices I wanted to pay, but they have always treated me in a professional manner and they have always delivered on their committments.
