So here's the deal. I bought from the Capitol Car Credit in South Austin. Financed through Texas Auto Credit Solutions (TACS) and am so happy with my purchase. I bought in September 2015 and have not been more than 1 day late one a single payment, with that only happening once and every other one being early due to my pay schedule. So my job changed pay frequency (from 15/last day to bi-weekly). This caused an error in the way some people's checks were calculated and mine was one of them (have emails from HR to prove it). I called today (the 12th) because my check was about 400$ less than I expected. Since we are getting our 2015 bonus paid on our Feb check, I called TACS and spoke with my account manager Kelly to ask if i could get an extension from the 17th to the 29th, at which time I would pay the past due as well as upcoming payment (schedule 3/2). Here's how that call went.
1- she had an attitude from the beginning of the call. Apparently her extension changed and I was supposed to magically know that. She said she heard my message then asked what I needed. I asked if I needed to explain again (as I did everything in the voicemail) and she said she didn't hear my message but was just told that I called.

You signed a contract which lists the due date. Apparently what you are saying here is now you want to change that due date. What would happen if they called you and said they want to increase the price of the car and monthly payment? Do you think you might be a little upset?
